Leah Boedigheimer, Founder

Leah has been in the insurance industry since 2017.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and holds a double major in Economics and Business Administration. In addition, she has graduate studies in Health Informatics from The College of St. Scholastica, Duluth.   Leah maintains her Medicare AHIP Certification, Long Term Care Insurance Certification, MNsure Certification, and her Life/Accident & Health license with annual CE courses. 

Growing up in Cloquet, a small town in northern Minnesota, Leah understands the need to support businesses and residents in our local area. She is very involved in the Brainerd Lakes Area community. Leah is a board member of the Brainerd Lakes Women's Fund (BLWF), Vice Chair of WAVE a young professionals network, and  a member of LAHRA - Lakes Area Human Resource Association. She is also a 2022 graduate of the Blue Ox Business Academy Leadership Experience.  

When Leah is not working, you can find her on the golf course, refining her swing and enjoying the challenges of the game.  She's also an enthusiastic runner, frequently preparing for events like Duluth's Grandma's Half Marathon.  The strategic game of pickleball often captures her attention, combining both her competitive spirit and love for camaraderie. And when winter rolls in, you can find her out ice fishing. 

But no matter the activity, the company of her beloved black labs, Lucy and Griffey, remain a constant source of joy. Their adventures together, whether outdoors or at home, symbolize Leah's balance between ambition and cherished downtime.
